Front Office IT Client and Sales Facing

Front Office IT Client and Sales Facing provides IT services to the front office and provides ecommerce platforms to GM, Sales, Marketing, external clients and research.

The BNP Paribas Global Markets Digital Client Experience is a newly created unit within our COO Office, with mission to streamline our overall digital client journeys, identify areas where they can be improved and propose optimized solutions interconnecting the Marketing and Sales funnels, with integration of data and insights into GM ecosystem. Working both for Digital Marketing teams and the Digital Business teams, this unit will be in charge of piloting and designing optimized client-reach solutions to suit campaign-teams\xe2\x80\x98 needs, as well as to advise them on the best digital solutions for selected projects.

To perform their enhancement duties, the Digital Client Experience team will have a direct responsibility over the Digital Marketing Technology portfolio of tools, being able to leverage and expand it to enable continuous improvement of the digital journeys.

Within this team, the Digital Marketing Technologist will be the key resource in charge of managing the Digital Marketing portfolio, ensuring consistent & sustainable usage for the various users. This role requires a technical savvy person, who will collaborate with the users\xe2\x80\x99 team, as well as with the external vendors and our IT teams, including our Data ones, to ensure the tools are running well and optimized.

Position Purpose

This person will be the member in charge of developing the Digital Marketing portfolio, ensuring consistent & sustainable usage for the various users. This role requires a technical development savvy person, who will collaborate with the users\xe2\x80\x99 team, as well as with our IT teams, including our Data ones, to ensure the tools are running well and optimized.

This position is based in ISPL and person will work directly with Digital Marketing teams to develop over the stack and implement the follow-up and coordination framework. Interactions with many different teams, based on different locations will be needed.

This person will also be responsible for enhancements of critical Web applications.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities * Review the existing tools, understand the various usages and interactions with other systems/teams (Internal / External)

• Own the integrations between our systems and collaborate with both internal and external supporting suppliers
• Coordinate relevant documentation with regards to data and flow, as well as managing audits of data
• Ensure compliance of our portfolio versus our internal IT teams - Identify structural risks, security requirements, set mitigation & control plan, providing with an IT compliant framework to maintain existing tools and on-board new ones
• Monitor troubleshooting as needed, liaising with product users and technical teams
• Manage enhancement workflows and orchestrate the technical roadmap \xe2\x80\x93 Collect enhancements needs from the users\xe2\x80\x99 side, monitor structural upgrades, review with the vendors/internal teams, coordinate deliveries
• Evolve the toolsets, pilot and help on-boarding new tools
• To develop sturdy and flexible software code with good quality and design
• Requirement Understanding and write unit tests
• Meet the objectives set by Reporting Manager so as to meet organization goals
• To support the existing system and continuously improve one\'s contribution to the project.
