6+ years' experience with development and configuration of Windchill PLM Should have strong technical experience on PTC Windchill PLM products. Good hands-on knowledge of Windchill modules like PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, QMS, PartLink, SUMA. Should be able to do Project Estimation and Participate/Prepare Technical Proposal. Work with Business Stakeholders and Solution Architect to understand the requirements Work with Solution Architect to develop a functional solution Lead customization and configurations development on Windchill 11. Lead design & execution of Data Migration for Transformation and Loading activities' Should have good understanding of CAD/non-CAD document migration Should know ETL and Validation Process and Tools. Identifies technology enablers that support continuous improvement within PLM/CAx enabled business Focus on Quality Deliverables using best practices and tools during the various phases project life cycle. Should be able to manage teams working in remote locations Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices; waterfall and Agile Experience with software configuration managements tools
