Job Description

We are seeking a

high-performance C++ Software Engineer

with

5+ years of hands-on development experience

in

system-level programming

device driver development

, and

performance-critical applications

. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of

C++ (C++11/14/17 or later)

This role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and debugging software components that interact closely with the

operating system, hardware, and kernel-level APIs

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

C++ system-level modules and libraries

with high performance & reliability. Develop, port, and optimize

Linux/Windows device drivers

, kernel modules, or hardware interaction layers. Build

multi-threaded and concurrent applications

ensuring thread-safety and synchronization. Perform

memory management & optimization

-- heap/stack usage, memory leaks, fragmentation handling. Implement

data structures

, algorithms, and reusable

object-oriented architectures

. Analyze and improve

system performance

(latency, throughput, CPU, memory footprint). Work with

board bring-up teams, firmware, and hardware engineers

to integrate software components. Debug complex issues using

GDB, Perf, Valgrind, static analysis tools, and crash dumps

. Participate in

code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD

, and documentation activities. Contribute to

system design discussions

, technical decisions, and cross-team engineering collaboration.
