A Snapshot of Your Day:
Join us as a Senior Developer, where you will strategically design and develop in-house software solutions that support our core organizational functions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand local digitization demands and provide comprehensive IT solutions. Work alongside developers, AI engineers, and architects to create impactful software solutions for business applications. This role offers the potential to evolve into a Solution Architect or System Architect based on demand and performance.
How You'll Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with cross-departmental colleagues to identify digitalization needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Utilize hands-on experience in programming, DevOps, and end-to-end software delivery within an agile environment.
• Conceptualize and develop functional, robust, and scalable software solutions with developers and designers.
• Execute software development projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Document existing systems architecture and recommend improvements or alternatives.
• Liaise with vendors for software implementation and resolve adaptation issues.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and robust backend services with .NET Core/Web API.
• Provide production support, perform software upgrades, and train end users on new or modified programs.
• Design scalable, modular architecture focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Lead code quality initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to solution design across geographies.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development across all phases of the SDLC.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, .NET) and front-end technologies like Angular.
• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases (MS-SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience in developing software solutions on container platforms like OpenShift (or Kubernetes) and AWS.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and DevOps practices in GitLab and OpenShift; AWS or Azure experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
