Job Title Senior Developer Data Conversion (New Health Care Company)

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You will Make in this Role
As a Senior Developer - Data Conversion, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Executing data extraction, transformation, and loading for deployments into an SAP S/4 ecosystem, using core data conversion tools.
• Implementing managerial and operational reporting for cleansing and load readiness.
• Supporting all data load and cutover tasks for mock, dress rehearsal, and production cutover.
• Providing stabilization support after each data load cycle

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited university

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Data Conversion
• 3 years of development experience with SAP Data Services (ETL Tool), SAP BODS / Syniti, Informatica.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with Syniti data conversion software and methodology will be preferred.
• Experience on SAP implementation or support projects.
• Experience with SAP data models, data conversion processes or data analytics
• Familiarity with SAP core functions and integration tools
• Experience in SAP ABAP
