Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Developer

with deep expertise in

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

and backend development to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in

Java, Spring Boot, and security protocols

, along with experience in leading solution design and mentoring development teams. This is a hands-on role focused on designing scalable identity solutions, integrating secure backend services, and driving agile delivery in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

CIAM Architecture & Identity Integration

Design and implement scalable CIAM solutions using

Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and Transmit Security

platforms.

Apply best practices for

identity lifecycle management

, including authentication, authorization, and consent flows.

Integrate identity protocols such as

SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML

with enterprise applications.

Configure and maintain

LDAP/directory services (e.g., Oracle Unified Directory - OUD)

.

Backend Development

Develop secure, high-performance backend services using

Java and Spring Boot

.

Design and integrate

RESTful APIs

with external and internal systems.

Handle structured and unstructured data using

SQL (e.g., DB2)

and

NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)

databases.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

Deploy, scale, and manage services using

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

.

Implement

Kafka-based event-driven architecture

for asynchronous data processing and microservices communication.

Leadership & Agile Delivery

Conduct

code reviews

, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using

Agile/Scrum methodologies

, leveraging

Jira

and

Confluence

for planning and documentation.

Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural strategies across CIAM and application platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in backend development and enterprise identity systems.

Demonstrated expertise in

Java, Spring Boot

, and

identity federation protocols

.

Hands-on experience with CIAM solutions and

cloud-native deployments

(preferably Azure).

Familiarity with DevOps principles, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
