Senior Developer

Understand the workflow and functionality quickly, understand the architecture and frameworks used. Understand the test architecture and Test frameworks and tool chains used Design and develop features with good quality and adhering to the defined processes Develop automated tests adhering to the framework and guidelines to verify product features for a healthcare product at various test levels. Adapt / refactor product software to improve testability as needed in sync with technical leads or architects Work in an agile development environment, plan work packages as well as the design, documentation, implementation and testing of your work packages as applicable. Understand the pipelines and ensure the test software issues affecting the pipelines are fixed timely. Fix defects timely, submit work products for release after integration, ensuring requirements are addressed and deliverables are of high quality. Support your team members and be a team player. Contribute to the evaluation of test frameworks and to improve processes & tools. Report the work progress to your manager and other appropriate forums. Collaborate with many agile teams supporting them in test automation and spreading your knowhow.
Desired qualifications & experience

Bachelors in Comp Sc or equivalent 6-10 years of experience in SW development and / or test automation for large SW systems Proficient in architecture, design and programming, preferably C# and/or C++ Proficient in test automation domain Understanding of Software Engineering, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience in test frameworks like nunit, GoogleTest and Specflow (or any other Gherkin based test frameworks), developing automated tests Knowledge in GiT, Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps Working experience in developing software for healthcare domain is an advantage
Desired skills

Excellent communication skills in English to enable you to work in an international environment, negotiation and moderation skills to manage stakeholders. Quick learner, with structured way of working with good decision-making skills and results-orientation. You set a good example and know how to mediate between different points of view when necessary. * You are interested in new technologies and are also able to introduce them in a large organization if required.
