About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Developer (AI/ML)

who will lead the architecture and development of AI-driven learning systems. This isn't just a feature build--it's a moonshot to transform education using AI-powered personalization, adaptive learning, and multimodal intelligence.

What You'll Do

AI/ML Development

Build AI-powered learning insights using Graph Databases (Neo4j), FAISS, Sentence Transformers, and OpenCV (ResNet-50). Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and reinforcement learning models to personalize content and assessments. Research and implement multi-modal generation (text, image, voice) for highly personalized learning interactions. Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for contextual, culturally relevant learning experiences.

Backend & API Development

Architect and build scalable backend systems using Frappe, FastAPI, or Django. Develop REST and GraphQL APIs to connect AI/ML pipelines with LMS and content repositories. Integrate Redis and Celery to manage background inference processes. Power AI-driven chatbots by integrating with third-party APIs.

Frontend & User Experience (Optional)

Develop a React.js-based student dashboard for real-time learning insights and content delivery. Collaborate with the UX team to ensure intuitive and accessible design.

Cloud & Deployment (DevOps)

Deploy and scale models across cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Cypress.io) to ensure continuous delivery and testing. Use Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized deployments.

AI-Driven Security & Automation

Ensure data privacy and compliance by embedding AI-powered security checks. Automate personalized content delivery through NLP chatbots and AI workflows.

Who You Are

Experienced in building AI/ML systems at scale (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or social impact). Skilled at fine-tuning models with GPT/BERT, FAISS, LangChain, or custom embeddings. Able to balance backend complexity with real-world deployment. Hands-on with tools like Zapier, N8N, or FastAPI in production. Strategic thinker who writes roadmaps, defines structure, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus:

Experience in adaptive learning, NLP in regional languages, or multimodal AI.
