Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer with 3-4 years of experience, proficient in English communication, and possessing expertise in Power Apps or automation technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions to meet business needs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Power Apps or automation technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.

- Translate requirements into technical specifications and develop efficient solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Test and deploy applications and systems.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications and systems as needed.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in software development.

- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).

- Strong knowledge of Power Apps or automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation).

- Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, etc.

- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
