We are seeking a motivated

Senior Desktop Engineer (L1)

to join our IT support team. The role involves providing hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking. You will work on escalations from the helpdesk and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations..

Responsibilities:

Provide support for

Windows 11 OS

- installation, updates, troubleshooting Resolve

desktop & laptop hardware/software

issues Manage and troubleshoot

printers & print services

(local and network) Support

basic networking

- Wi-Fi/AP configuration, SSID issues, connectivity troubleshooting Perform

user onboarding/offboarding

- account setup and access management Assist with

desktop imaging & IT asset lifecycle management

Handle

escalated tickets

and ensure timely resolution/escalation Maintain

security compliance

- patch updates, endpoint policies Document resolutions and contribute to IT knowledge base

Requirements:

1-3 years

of relevant experience in Desktop/IT support Good understanding of Windows environment, hardware troubleshooting & basic networking Strong problem-solving and communication skills
