Job Description

Design
seasonal womenswear collections-from tops and bottoms to outerwear and occasion
wear.
Create
fabrics, prints, embellishments, and silhouette details aligned with market
trends.
Build
mood boards, line sheets, and color stories that reflect seasonal concepts.
Prepare
detailed tech packs, including construction specs and trims, for development.
Coordinate
with sourcing and product teams to manage sampling timelines.
Collaborate
closely with pattern makers, tailors, manufacturers, and garment technologists
to ensure proper fit and quality.
Create
and refine patterns, prototypes, and sample modifications with manufacturers.
Partner
with merchandising and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals, lookbooks,
and promotional material for new collections.
Attend
weekly fit sessions, offering design input and supporting garment technologists
with CAD adjustments for fit feedback.
Prepare
monthly release CAD boards for internal display.

Compile
and deliver meeting note packs for design and sign-off sessions.
