Key responsibilities

Lead the design process

: Oversee projects from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.

Conduct research

: Perform user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights that inform design decisions.

Create designs

: Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Collaborate with teams

: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on design solutions and ensure technical feasibility.

Implement with code

: Use knowledge of HTML and CSS to produce and implement new designs, ensuring they meet usability and brand guidelines.

Mentor others

: Guide and mentor junior designers, and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

Maintain consistency

: Ensure design consistency across all platforms and contribute to and maintain design systems.

Stay updated

: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience

: Several years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

Technical skills

: Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, plus a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and often JavaScript.

Design skills

: Expertise in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and creating design systems.

Soft skills

: Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often required
