United's PSS-team is responsible for developing and maintaining Passenger Service System (PSS), which is the heart of any airline and runs mission-critical and highly complex modules such as Schedule, Inventory, Reservations (PNRs and Tickets), and the Day-of-Departure customer processes! Our team is building new PSS system using the latest digital technologies and digital infrastructure to provide our customer the best digital experience in the industry.
You as a Senior UX Designer UX will lead efforts to design and define interactions which will engage our internal users as well as customers. At the core, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design teams, and Frontend Engineers to translate modern, intuitive, and accessible designs into high-quality digital experiences. This role requires a strong foundation in visual design, interaction design, and frontend development, with a deep understanding of airline workflows, digital travel journeys, and enterprise-scale design systems.
