Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, and print materials.
Develop brand identities, campaign themes, and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with copywriters, digital marketers, and video editors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain creative excellence.
Oversee junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and quality assurance.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 4-8 years of professional experience in a design or creative agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in branding, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design versatility.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Motion graphics and video editing experience.
UI/UX design knowledge.
Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
