Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

Produce detailed MEP design plans for pools, plant rooms, and associated wellness facilities. Design and detail pool circulation systems, drainage networks, and pipe routing layouts. Develop plant room plans, elevations, and schematics for filtration, heat, and water treatment systems. Create plant room plans, elevations, and schematics for filtration, heating, and water treatment systems. Draw GA (General Arrangement) plans, sections, and construction details for swimming pools and water features. Structural layout working and ensuring MEP design and architectural coordination. Material take-off schedules, BOQs, and technical documentation prepared for design submissions. Working with project, site, and mechanical teams to make sure designs are accurate and compliant. Checking for changes in the design, as-built drawings updated, and drawing documentation maintained in line with company standards. Knowledge of designing Steam room, sauna, ice room, and experience shower layouts will be added advantage

Requirements

AutoCAD and Revit proficiency in 2D and 3D design. High level of design accuracy and technical detailing attention. Knowledge of hydraulic design principles, pool water treatment, and filtration systems. Understanding of with structural and civil engineering aspect of swimming pool construction. International design standards knowledge. Skill to create detailed schematics, isometric drawings, and coordination layouts. Prior experience in preparing design calculations, load estimates, and material schedules will be a plus.

Minimum Education Qualifications

B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical/Civil

Strong attention to design accuracy and technical detailing. Good communication and coordination skills among design disciplines. Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills. Capability to work on multiple projects at a time and achieve stringent deadlines. High degree of commitment towards maintaining high quality in design and documentation.
? Experience

Total / Relevant Experience: 2 to 6 years in Swimming Pool and MEP Design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
