The Lead group is looking to hire a senior designer. You will oversee all aspects of design strategy, execution, and implementation. You will lead a team of talented designers, guiding their efforts to deliver high-quality and user-centric designs that align with our company\'s vision and objectives. We are looking for a designer with up-to-date knowledge of design solutions with high visual impact. Key skills Serve as a design advocate and champion within the organization, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence across all design initiatives. Work cross-functionally with the product and strategy teams to solve complex design problems. Develop and maintain a cohesive design strategy that aligns with the product identity and user experience goals. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring high quality and usability standards. Have a very hands-on approach to creating innovative and expressive graphics. Attention to detail and excellent execution ensured that the final work was impeccable. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the design team, implementing efficient workflows, tools, and processes to optimize productivity and output. Can manage a team of designers and produce ideas based on a brief that greatly impacts learning outcomes. Qualification Proven experience of 8+ years in a design role, preferably within the Ed-Tech industry. A stellar portfolio! Showcasing a range of design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards shared goals. Deep understanding of design principles, with a flair for typography and print. Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative design processes. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Location: This position is based out of Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida and Bangalore, with flexibility for remote work arrangements as needed.
