Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative

5+ years experience Senior Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design thinking skills, and the ability to lead design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure high standards of visual communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of creative assets for digital and print media, including web, mobile, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and branding. Translate business requirements and user needs into effective and visually engaging design solutions. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Review and provide constructive feedback on designs created by junior team members. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, UI/UX, or visual design. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Sketch, or equivalent. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with branding, digital marketing campaigns, and responsive design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
