Rinwera Designs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Fashion Designer

with experience in ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should be confident in working with internal teams and sampling units to ensure design accuracy and timely execution. Basic knowledge of

embroidery techniques and fabric printing

is preferred, as the role involves working on garments with traditional detailing.

Experience Required:

2+ years in ethnic wear design (ladies' or kids' garments)

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Design ethnic collections (lehengas, kurtas, dresses, sets) for women and kids Develop mood boards, color palettes, sketches, and tech packs Work closely with CAD, sampling, and merchandising teams for smooth coordination Communicate design intent clearly and provide follow-up during sampling Review sample fits and provide correction notes where needed Conduct market and trend research to develop commercially viable designs Assist in preparing basic embroidery and print references for sampling

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in fashion design (ethnicwear preferred) Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other CAD tools Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and ethnic garment styling Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of embroidery and fabric printing
