About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Designer

to join our branding team, someone who can balance

creative excellence with strategic thinking

. This role demands a designer who can

translate strategy into impactful visual identity systems

and bring brands to life across mediums. You will work on projects spanning industries, delivering

visual identities, communication touchpoints, and design systems

that inspire and engage.

Key Responsibilities

Create and Scale Brand Identities:

Build cohesive visual identity systems, including logo, colour, typography, imagery, and visual language.

Translate Strategy into Design:

Understand brand positioning and translate it into compelling visual applications and guidelines.

Design Across Touchpoints:

Deliver creative solutions across digital platforms, packaging, social media, presentations, and more.

Lead Client Engagements:

Present design concepts to clients, communicate design rationale effectively, and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.

Ensure Creative Excellence:

Maintain quality, consistency, and originality in all deliverables.

Mentor and Collaborate:

Guide junior designers and collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Who We're Looking For

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in branding and visual identity design.

Creative Excellence:

A strong portfolio showcasing strategic, inventive, and visually striking design work.

Ownership and Accountability:

Ability to take charge of projects from concept to delivery.

Communication Skills:

Comfortable leading client conversations and articulating design ideas.

Collaboration:

Works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Innovation-Driven:

Enthusiasm for exploring new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted creative workflows.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other similar tools.

Familiarity with

generative AI tools

for creative experimentation. * Knowledge of motion graphics or UI/UX principles is a plus.
