ob Summary:

The Interior Design Manager will lead the design team in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior spaces. The role involves managing all aspects of design development -- from concept to completion -- ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the interior design team for multiple residential, commercial, and corporate projects. Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations for client approvals. Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, material selections, and shop drawings. Ensure design quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies. Mentor junior designers and support skill development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in interior design, with at least

3 years in a managerial or lead role.

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Lumion, and other design tools.

Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and ergonomics. Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred:

Experience in

turnkey interior projects

or

design-build environments.

Knowledge of

estimation and BOQ preparation.

Familiarity with

construction drawings and on-site execution coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
