About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Design Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design management along with project management skills, and delivering high-quality commercial office interiors for multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process for commercial office interiors fit-out projects, ranging from 7,00,000 sq. ft. to 10,00,000 sq. ft.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure adherence to project briefs and design guidelines.

• Review and validate design deliverables across all stages as per RIBA standards.

• Provide support for value engineering exercises and incorporate lessons learned from previous projects.

Support Project Manager's for the design aspects of sustainability & DEI (Diversity Equality & Inclusion)

• Assist project managers during the execution phase for seamless delivery of projects across PAN India.

• Ensure effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders for timely and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

• 12-15 years of experience in architectural design firms, with a focus on commercial office interiors fit-out projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale fit-out projects for MNC clients in India.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

• Experience with value engineering and incorporating best practices from previous projects.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Powerpoint and project management software like MSP is a plus.
