Job Description

:

1. Design exposure of Automotive Interior Trims/Seating system components
2. 3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc.
3. Manage BOM and engineering releases through PLM
4. Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage
5. Work out detail engineering and TPL creation and Release in PLM
Detailed Understanding of DFMEA, DVP
6. Basic Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.
7. Good analytical, Communication, logical and interpersonal skills
8. Knowledge of tooling of plastics and manufacturing processes and moulding processes.
9. Receive customer feedback and carry out rework based on the feedback
10. Execute the project with in time lines prescribed by the customer

Education - Bachelor in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or equivalent
Experience - 3 to 6 Years
