JOB DESCRIPTION:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in design engineering, with a focus on product development and detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to mechanical design projects from concept to production. Create and modify 3D models using Creo (mandatory). Prepare and review 2D drawings using AutoCAD. Experience in plastic product design and injection moulding processes. Knowledge of sheet metal design and detailing. Perform design validations, reviews, and optimizations for manufacturing feasibility. Conduct basic mechanical design calculations and develop P&ID diagrams as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and project management. Familiarity with Altair Hyperworks - added advantage. Experience working in ASME-certified industries - preferred. Exposure to the medical device domain - added advantage.
