Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems from concept to production. Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and design documentation using

SolidWorks

and

AutoCAD

. Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and ensure manufacturability of components. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to optimize designs for performance and cost. Perform basic engineering calculations, material selection, and GD&T applications. Modify and improve existing designs based on testing, feedback, and performance data. Support prototype development and testing; troubleshoot design issues as needed. Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, safety requirements, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and design records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years

of hands-on experience in mechanical design and drafting. Strong proficiency in

SolidWorks

(3D modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, and surfacing). Proficient in

AutoCAD

for 2D drafting and layout creation. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, injection molding, etc.). Familiar with GD&T, BOM creation, and engineering change processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
