1. Senior Design Engineer (Experience: 4-8 Years)

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of automation systems using

SolidWorks

. Prepare 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for manufacturing. Review and improve designs for performance, cost, and reliability. Mentor and guide junior engineers on design practices. Collaborate with production, QA, and project teams for seamless execution.

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

SolidWorks

(3D modeling & assemblies). Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation components. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Project management and team leadership experience. Good communication skills.

2. Junior Design Engineer (Experience: 1-4 Years)

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing automation components and assemblies using

SolidWorks

. Prepare technical drawings and documentation under guidance of senior engineers. Support production and QA teams with design modifications. Participate in design review meetings and follow project timelines.

Skills & Competencies

Working knowledge of

SolidWorks

(3D modeling & assemblies). Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Good communication and teamwork skills. Quick learner and willing to take guidance.

3. Fresher / Graduate Trainee (Female - B.E. Mechanical / Automation)

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation

Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in design of automation systems using

SolidWorks

. Support documentation and technical drawings under guidance. Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning. Assist team in project deliverables as required.

Skills & Competencies

Basic proficiency in

SolidWorks

. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment. Good communication skills. Attention to detail and basic understanding of mechanical design.
