Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Senior Design Engineer - Team Lead

to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

AutoCAD

,

SolidWorks

, and

GD&T

, with a proven ability to perform tolerance checks, manage design quality, and lead a team of engineers. You will be responsible for guiding the design process from concept to production, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and drafters to meet project goals and deadlines. Create, review, and finalize 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using

AutoCAD

and

SolidWorks

. Perform

tolerance analysis

and ensure compliance with

GD&T

standards. Conduct design reviews and ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of designs. Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and production. Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and engineering change records. Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities. Promote design standardization, continuous improvement, and best engineering practices.
