Grade & location - Senior Design Engineer, L1.2, TML, ERC Pimpri, Pune Domain - Vehicle In tegrationSub-Domain - EV/ FCEV Buses & Responsibility - # Prior knowledge of Electric vehicle (preferably bus) ar chitecture, packaging. Should have worked on Electric project earlier. #Knowledge of electric vehicle components and should be conv ersant with electrical and electronics terminologies. # Carry out 3D modeling, 2D drawings, assembly in PTC Creo & Team ct JT visvi ew #DMU management & integrating automotive systems# Good knowledge of automotive systems# Knowledge of DFMEA & root cause anal ysis# Conceptualise & workout detail designs# Conduct design reviews & co-ordination with CFT# Vehicle Performance Calculations# Project documentation & preparation for management reviews# Involve in benchmark studies# Prepare vehicle technical specs & offer drawings# Prepare vehicle layouts # Technical documentation# Co-ordination for prototype build and support# Workout value engin eering proposals# Interact with COCs for component D &D # Prepare project time plans # Exp. in Automotive OEM Electric products Education - B. E or Diploma in Mechanical engineeringExperience - 3 to 6 years for B.E and 10 to 12 Years for Diploma
