Job Description

Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using

SolidWorks

or similar CAD software Design

tools, jigs, and fixtures

for manufacturing and assembly processes Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new designs Create and maintain detailed documentation including BOMs, technical specs, and user manuals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent aligns with production capabilities Support prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Present design concepts and progress reports to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proficiency in

SolidWorks

; knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies
