Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative products/systems. You'll oversee design projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

2. Develop and implement design solutions, considering factors like functionality, aesthetics, and cost.

3. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

4. Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and feedback.

5. Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and design reviews.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).

2. Minimum 3.5 years of design engineering experience.

3. Strong technical skills (CAD,solid works, simulation tools, etc.).

4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

5. Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).

Preferred Skills:

1. Certification in design engineering (e.g., PE license).

2. Experience with Agile methodologies.

3. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations/standards.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
