Position: Sr. Design Engineer

Department: Design & Development

Qualification: B.E /M. E - Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 03 to 06 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Prepare drawings- internal and customer related.

? Responsible for design modification and new product development.

? Preparation of GAD of lined Valves, Pipes, and fittings on AutoCAD & variety the GA

drawing of design trainee.

? Verify the fabrication drawing of design trainee.

? Successfully completed all tasks related to the new product development process

like idea creation, concept development with according with the applicable code,

prepare prototype, vendor site visit, product testing, product limitation &

improvement.

? Maintain product RM Cost.

? Responsible foal exhibition related tasks.

? Responsible for completing manufacturing tasks that are difficult or non-stander

product order.

? Craft models and drawings of products using CAD and solid work.

? Research new product ideas and methods.

? Improve existing products and processes.

? Ensure compliance with the industry's safety standards.

? Maintain accurate records.

? Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly.

? Write detailed reports.

? Find creative design solutions to problems.

? Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers.

? Developing and designing products and systems based on customer requirements

and industry standards.

? Conducting research and testing to check the feasibility and viability of the design

ideas.

? Collaborating with other areas of the organization, such as manufacturing and quality

control.

? Reviewing and providing feedback on the designs of other engineers.

? Maintaining specifications, drawings and technical manuals.

? Troubleshooting design-related issues and making necessary changes.

? Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies and implementing new

designs.

? Collaborating with other departments to discuss the financial viability of designs, risk

assessments and ensure designs that are economically viable.

REQUIREMENT & SKILL:

? Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role.

? Proven experience using solid work, CAD software;

? Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design.

? Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers.

? Great computational and spatial ability.

? Excellent oral and written communication.

? Attention to detail.

? Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
