BE-Electrical, Electronics and Communication
Min 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical product design
Good Project management skills to manage technical design projects and coordinate with partners.
Knowledge in DFSS tools
Expertise in Pro-E wildfire, PDM and intralink
Expertise in design of sheet metal and plastic part design
Knowledge in Manufacturing of sheet metal & plastic parts
Geometrical dimensioning and tolerance.(GD&T)
Experience in low Voltage (<1.1KV) 3Ph Inductor design and material selection,
Experience in Low Voltage dry type inductor and transformer manufacturing,
Knowledge of process control specification and control plan ( Welding, Impregnation, winding and etc..)
Experience in Low Voltage dry type inductor and transformer testing and validation,
Experience in Low voltage inductor & transformer standards ( IEC60076, UL5085, Low voltage directive 2011 / 65 / EC , 2015/863 (RoHS) , REACH, UL EIS ? OBJY2),
Knowledge of low voltage electrical system,
Understanding of harmonics in low voltage system and harmonics mitigation methods,
Knowledge of passive power factor correction,
Knowledge of relay based logic controllers,
Experience in 2D / 3D modeling ( AUTO CAD & PTC Creo),
Experience in customer handling, analyzing of failed products ( RCA, 8D, etc..)
Good Communication skills
