Who Should Apply

Professionals with 9-12 years of experience from design firms Strong portfolio of high-end architectural work Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other advanced design tools Familiar with sustainability standards (GRIHA/LEED/WELL/ECBC)
What We're Looking For

Design leadership to coordinate with project managers and consultants, ensuring design, execution, and sustainability goals are met Clear understanding of design philosophy; ability to guide the team to maintain alignment Proactive research using internal/external sources to stay abreast of global design standards and tech advancements Integrated understanding of facade, interiors, and landscape; ability to guide the team on their interrelationships Strong problem-solving: resolve technical/design challenges with innovative thinking Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks Commitment to quality control across all architectural elements Ability to create and maintain project manuals and specifications Active participation in design reviews; capability to document and present information On-site observation skills; guide team to document site reviews and address RFIs Support Team Lead in creating client presentations
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institute High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; comfortable with other advanced software Thorough knowledge of architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards (GRIHA/LEED/WELL/ECBC) Meticulous attention to detail; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Collaborative, positive team player with strong communication skills Familiarity with best practices in design procedures and standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
