Job Description

Supervision of Civil, MEP & Track works of the contractor as per the drawings, specification and work schedule specified in the contract.*
Preparation of daily work report for the client.*
Interfacing with other contractors (Rolling Stock, Plant & Machinery, Track, Signaling, Telecom etc.) to ensure that the Depot when completed has all the intended functionalities.*
Checking the day-to-day activity at site and supervising the engineers at site.*
Approving of handing over checklist for the various structures.*
Holding daily, weekly and monthly progress review meetings with Depot and other contractors*
Review Project schedule and mitigation plans for any delays.*
Prepare integrated schedule for the Depot .*
Resolving the issues related to drawings and vendor approval.*

Ensuring that the contractor follows the safety norms and procedures.
