upervision of Civil, MEP & Track works of the contractor as per the drawings, specification and work schedule specified in the contract.

reparation of daily work report for the client.
I*
nterfacing with other contractors (Rolling Stock, Plant & Machinery, Track, Signaling, Telecom etc.) to ensure that the Depot when completed has all the intended functionalities.
C*
hecking the day-to-day activity at site and supervising the engineers at site.
A*
pproving of handing over checklist for the various structures.
H*
olding daily, weekly and monthly progress review meetings with Depot and other contractors
R*
eview Project schedule and mitigation plans for any delays.
P*
repare integrated schedule for the Depot .
R*
esolving the issues related to drawings and vendor approval.
E*

nsuring that the contractor follows the safety norms and procedures.
