Opportunity -

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

+ Create and maintain demand forecasts for the South region and oversee national-level forecasts.
+ Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models.
+ Conduct regional S&OP meetings, collaborate with Sales, Production, and Customer teams for accurate planning.
+ Provide input to supply planning for inventory norms and stock availability.
+ Analyze data for forecast accuracy, back-orders, and business requirements.

Impact on Team and Organization:

+ Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize inventory levels and reduce back-orders.
+ Act as the information hub for senior management, enabling strategic decisions.
+ Drive collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to improve service levels.

About You

Essential Criteria:

10-15 years of experience in demand/supply planning roles. Exposure to multi-region or Pan-India planning. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and business acumen. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP environments. Advanced knowledge of

SAP

.

Desirable:

Experience in project-based inventory initiatives. Familiarity with consensus forecasting and S&OP processes.
