? Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard domestic and international advertisers/partners, negotiating and finalizing demand partnerships.
Manage advertiser accounts end-to-end: campaign setup, delivery, optimization, and long-term retention.
Run and scale performance marketing campaigns through affiliate networks, direct partnerships, offerwalls, in-app rewarded traffic, and incentivized models.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI and client KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (supply, product, analytics) to align on client goals and campaign delivery.
Lead with strong communication and relationship-building skills, while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand partnerships, or advertiser growth roles.
Proven expertise in Sales, Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Strong exposure to rewarded/incentivized campaigns, mobile UA, and traffic sources.
Hands-on experience with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.) and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Established network of international advertiser connections is a strong plus.
