Key Responsibilities:
Design optimal solutions for new opportunities, ensuring alignment with CoE governance. Continuous Improvement & challenging the status quo is your Go to Mindset across CoE Explore available technologies to design a cost-effective To-Be solution. Collaborate with Architects on PoCs/PoTs and integrate them into the CoE for new opportunities/CRs.. Business Case creation & understanding of key business metrics is a must. Work with the Program Manager to plan the sub-portfolio aligned with market research and business goals for value generation. Leads DevOps squads to build and run digital applications. Oversees milestone planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering initiatives. Ensure deliverable visibility to stakeholders and the wider team. Escalate delays and blockers to stakeholders to support delivery. Guide teams toward high performance by driving continuous improvement and resolving recurring technical blockers.


Requisites :
Value the discovery phase and user experience design process.. Possess strong knowledge of modern software engineering and architecture, with confidence in handling security incidents. Demonstrate agile practices, including ceremonies and backlog prioritization. Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Appian, Celonis, Signavio), with a flexible mindset and innovative collaboration techniques. Be a strong collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology teams. Understand and address the needs of diverse business and technical stakeholders. Skilled in facilitating discussions and exploring alternative approaches. Effectively collaborate and communicate with upper management, stakeholders, and external partners.
