of experience in IT Service Delivery and Project/Program management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

delivery

of multiple projects/programs. Ensure projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget goals. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

at senior levels. Guide and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration. Oversee budgets,

resource allocation

, and

profitability

(P&L ownership). Identify risks/issues early and implement corrective actions. Support

pre-sales

, proposals, and account growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth. Presentable, Approachable, Intellectually strong

CTC : 40 - 45 LPA
