who can:

Convert

serious but hesitant customers

Handle

irrational bargaining and objections

Close deals

after quotation submission

Protect company margins while closing confidently

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of

end-stage deal closure

after quotation/BOQ submission Conduct

face-to-face meetings

with plot owners and families Handle objections related to:
Price comparison

Unrealistic budget expectations

Competitor undercutting

Delays and trust issues

Negotiate

commercial terms

without damaging profitability Ensure

deal conversion

, not just follow-ups Coordinate with technical/estimation team when required Maintain a

high closing ratio

Requirements :

Minimum

5+ years experience in closing high-value service deals

(Civil construction / interior / turnkey / EPC / project-based sales preferred)

Proven track record of

actual deal closures

, not just lead handling Excellent

negotiation and persuasion skills

Strong understanding of:
Customer psychology

Price resistance

Emotional buying behavior of homeowners

Ability to handle

indecisive and bargaining-heavy clients

Confident, mature, and authoritative communication style Willingness to attend

site visits and family discussions

Ability to work under pressure and close without excuses

Preferred Background (Advantage):

Experience in:
Individual house construction sales

Turnkey construction projects

Interior design / renovation sales

High-ticket B2C service sales

Basic understanding of:
BOQ

Construction stages

Material quality vs pricing logic
