Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Analyze, design, develop, and customize business applications

\xc2\xb7 Estimate work, plan & monitor delivery schedule, tasks, milestones, & other dependencies at various stages from inception till delivery

\xc2\xb7 Monitor progress and ensure regular publishing of status reports and quality metrics to track the risks and work actively to resolve/mitigate risks

\xc2\xb7 Partner with other Solutions Leads and Technical Architects in driving modular, services-oriented integration and solution architecture

\xc2\xb7 Produce low-level designs based on architecture and high-level design documents

\xc2\xb7 Drive system-to-system integrations using API first approach with application integration teams

\xc2\xb7 Maintain technical and process documentation

\xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of innovation in the team and encourage creative solutions

\xc2\xb7 Guide and mentor delivery team members to create a high-performing technology team

\xc2\xb7 On-board new members to the development team and provide hiring support

\xc2\xb7 Keep up to date on cutting-edge technologies in Cloud, mobile, AI/ML, Big Data, and Digital Marketing Tools

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

\xc2\xb7 3-8 Years of experience in building cloud-based web applications

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in JavaScript, Svelte, HTML, CSS development, Node JS, React JS, Angular JS, Python, SQL & API integration

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in AWS EC2, S3, Lambda & Dynamo DB will be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Should be technology agnostic, with the willingness to provide solutions using the best possible technology, platform, or programming language

\xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of development, test, and application integrations

\xc2\xb7 Solid analytical skills to debug the application

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with browser testing and debugging

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Content Management and Partner Relationship Management systems

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge and experience integrating applications across diverse technical platforms

Experience providing guidance, training, and mentoring to developers on solutions
