Location: Kolkata (On-site only)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team:

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand business requirement and convert them into well-defined data science problems. Design and architect end-to-end data science and AI/ML solutions, from data pipeline creation to data engineering to data science to deployment. Apply strong foundations in statistics, mathematics, and machine learning to build enterprise solutions. Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior data scientists Guide model selection, feature engineering, evaluation, and optimization Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions are production-ready Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

Strong expertise in AI/ML, statistics, and applied mathematics Proven ability to solve complex, real-world problems using data Experience designing data science architectures and analytical pipelines Hands-on experience with Python and common ML/data science frameworks Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills Prior experience leading or mentoring data science teams
