Position: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Thane West, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ?22 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying innovative machine learning systems and contributing to product development initiatives across cloud and edge computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and solve complex problems by proposing, designing, and delivering scalable technical solutions. Study and transform data science prototypes into production-ready systems. Design and develop machine learning applications and systems. Research and implement suitable ML algorithms and tools. Select appropriate datasets and data representation techniques. Conduct ML tests, experiments, and statistical analysis to refine model performance. Train and retrain systems as needed. Extend and customize existing ML libraries and frameworks for specific use cases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for product development initiatives, including work on distributed systems, fault-tolerant architecture, containerization, etc.
Required Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills (Python preferred). Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. Proficiency in R, TensorFlow, SciPy, and ML frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) implementation in at least one project. Working knowledge of LLM tools and techniques. Expertise in Cloud Services: AWS, GCP, or Azure. In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, statistics, probability, and applied mathematics. Familiarity with full-stack development concepts is a plus. Experience with one or more DBMS platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
