We have a critical opening with our client Senior Data Scientist for Noida Location
Experience: 6+ yrs
Location: Noida
Payroll: CIEL HR
Mode of Employment: Contract
Role Summary: We are looking for a senior data scientist who has experience of 6-10 years in core designing part of modules, python development and AIML concepts.
Job location: Noida
Responsibilities: * Technical Leadership: Closely work with team of data scientist and engineers, provide technical leadership and guidance.

• Model Development: Lead the development of Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
• Design Documentation: Create and maintain the design & architecture documents required during the SDLC process.
• Customer Handling: Need to interact with end customers and drive the technical meetings.

• Technology
• Sound knowledge Natural Language Processing
• Must have worked with Transformers models and Large Language Models
• Hands on GenAI frameworks Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, etc and concepts such as RAG, Agentic Design Pattern, Prompt Engineering.
• Must have experience in Finetuning and deploying LLM's.
• (Good to have) : Experience in large scale dataset training, using different model training distribution strategies.
• Software Development
• Algorithmic knowledge for implementation in one or more programming languages (C/C++/Python/Javascript/etc.)
• Experience in building high-level design for AI systems
• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production
• (Good to have) Web API development in one of more frameworks (Django/Gunicorn/AWS lambda services/etc.)
• Cloud
• (Good to have) experience in cloud-based development environment for ML based products (Azure/GCP/AWS/etc.)
• (Good to have) experience in cloud-based deployment for end-to-end production systems (data pipelines, real-time prediction frameworks etc.)
• Platform:
• Must: Linux
• Optional: Windows/MacOS

• Project Management
• Experience in leading a team of around 8-10 people for AI driven projects
• (Good to have) experience project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/SDLC/etc.)

Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree

• 8-10 Years of experience in NLP and AIML domain
