Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Senior Data Scientist with exceptional expertise in MLOps and NLP to power media analytics use cases. You'll be the driving force behind advanced machine learning models, ensuring they are not only built but also seamlessly operationalised. From production-grade pipelines to automation across the model lifecycle, your work will shape the future of data-driven insights.
A minimum of 6 months' experience in media analytics or marketing effectiveness is welcome - provided you bring strong technical depth in model deployment, optimisation, and NLP-powered business insights.
Required Skills & Experience
6-8 years in Data Science/Analytics, with solid exposure to MLOps and NLP.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields. A Master's degree is a plus.
Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, and SQL, with clean coding and documentation practices.
Proven expertise in MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerisation, model monitoring, and deployment.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and embedding NLP into workflows.
Proficiency with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, DOMO.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and scalable solution design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Desired Qualifications
Industry background in Retail, eCommerce, or CPG.
Experience with time series forecasting, customer lifetime value modelling, and text classification tasks.
Familiarity with cloud-native MLOps tools (Azure ML, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable ML and NLP models for diverse business needs.
Implement and maintain production-grade MLOps pipelines (training, testing, deployment, monitoring).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into data-driven insights and AI solutions.
Support media analytics use cases: campaign performance measurement and media optimisation.
Partner with data engineers, architects, and analysts to deliver robust AI/ML solutions.
Drive automation in workflows, performance tracking, and model governance.
Champion modern tools, frameworks, and practices for continuous improvement.
Research and experiment with LLMs and Generative AI for practical business applications.
