We are looking for a

Group Manager - Data Science

with deep expertise in retail analytics to lead high-impact data science projects for global retail clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a solid understanding of retail business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and statistical modeling projects Build predictive and prescriptive models for sales forecasting, customer segmentation, churn, and promotions Apply techniques like regression, clustering, classification, ARIMA, XGBoost, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive client communication Mentor and lead a team of data scientists

Key Skills:

Python, SQL, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Power BI Strong in statistical modeling and machine learning Hands-on experience with retail domain problems Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred:

Experience with international retail clients
Exposure to demand forecasting, inventory analytics, customer behavior modeling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
