Senior Data Scientist I

About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist I, you will lead the development of advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges. You'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs like BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, Claude, and Mistral Analyze large datasets to derive insights and support AI development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals Develop APIs to share data science outputs across systems Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices Scale production models and automate AI lifecycle processes

Requirements

7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field Experience with transformer-based architectures and LLMs Proficiency in Python or R; strong ML algorithm knowledge Hands-on with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Ability to guide others and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
