Job Title: NetSuite Technical Architect

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Architect to serve as the technical lead for NetSuite-based solutions across CRM, Marketing Automation (MA), CPQ, and Sales Force Automation (SFA). In this role, you will architect scalable, integrated ecosystems that enable seamless marketing and sales operations for multiple B2B clients. You will play a pivotal role in defining how systems interact, how data flows, and how technology supports strategic business outcomes.

You excel at simplifying complexity and translating it into scalable, high-impact solutions. You are meticulous in execution, documentation, and technical governance. You bring deep expertise across NetSuite CX and understand how it aligns within the broader marketing, sales, and ERP landscapes. You think like an architect but can also execute hands-on when needed. You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging strategy, engineering, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for NetSuite CX (CRM,MA, CPQ, SFA) across a portfolio of B2B clients. Develop reusable solution frameworks and blueprints to support scalable onboarding and delivery. Configure and manage data models, workflows, permissions, and business rules within NetSuite. Architect integrations between NetSuite and external platforms (ERP, analytics, content systems, etc.) using industry best practices. Provide technical oversight to campaign operations, development teams, and cross-functional delivery groups. Partner with strategists, sales enablement teams, and analytics teams to design unified,efficient lead-to-cash processes. Ensure adherence to development standards, data governance policies, and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering NetSuite CRM/ERP solutions, ideally within consulting or agency environments. Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and cross-platformintegrations. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver NetSuite solutions across multiple clients and industries. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Proven track record of leading technical architecture for end-to-end implementations.
