Your Role

Develop and maintain the organization's data architecture strategy. Design robust, high-performance solutions across Big Data, Relational, NoSQL, and OLAP platforms. Lead the architecture and development of data warehouses and business intelligence platforms. Define and implement data modeling standards and practices. Data Governance & Security Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards. Champion data quality and consistency across systems. Implement metadata management, data lineage, and master data management frameworks. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives. Provide technical thought leadership and mentorship to junior data professionals. Coordinate with application development teams for data sourcing and integration.

Your Profile

Proficiency in SQL Server / Synapse, Analysis Services / Power BI, ETL - Data Factory, data modeling, and data warehousing. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). Scripting experience in Python as a plus
