Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive training on tools such as
Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R
, and data visualization best practices.
Create curricula and hands-on projects tailored for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
Mentor and guide junior trainers and learners through structured learning paths and real-world projects.
Evaluate and enhance training programs using feedback and analytics.
Conduct
workshops, webinars, bootcamps, and corporate training sessions
(online and in-person).
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to refine and improve course materials.
Develop assessments, quizzes, and certification programs.
Support organizational training needs for internal teams or external clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering
, or related field.
3+ years
of hands-on experience in
data analytics or business intelligence
.
Proven experience in teaching, training, or instructional design (corporate or academic).
Proficiency in
SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and/or R

Strong knowledge of
data modeling, ETL processes, and data storytelling
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate*) are a plus.
