Senior Data Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for professionals with 2-7 years of experience who are proficient in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. As a full-time, in-office position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their analytical skills to significantly impact our data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform company strategies.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting systems using Power BI.
• Create and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data analysis needs and support them with relevant data insights.
• Maintain documentation for all data processes and reports for reference and compliance purposes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics activities.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations within Power BI.
• Solid understanding of SQL for managing databases, querying, and manipulating data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights from complex datasets.
